Shipping Policy

a) Orders / Items shall be dispatch usually within 1-3 business days of placing the Order cut-off time of placing an order is 12 P.M. The customer shall be duly informed in case of any delay caused or in case of any exceptions.

b) The timely delivery of the Order requires the purchaser to provide the complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality, and nearest landmark. Purchasers are to ensure that the correct PIN Code and contact numbers are provided.
Once the order is shipped, the name of the Courier Company and the Air Way Bill number (AWB No) will be provided to the Purchaser. The Purchaser may be able to track his/her shipment using this number.

c) To ensure safe and fast delivery of products, we ship through reputed courier partners like BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbess, Ecom Xpress & Indian Postal Services. Delivery charges will be displayed during the time of purchase.

d) Each product may have different shipping charges and if more than one item added in a cart maximum shipping charge will be levied on the order.

e) We ship from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any shipment not arriving within any guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond our control.

f) You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases by email.

g) The vendor will be responsible for all shipping and packaging of the product.

Return Policy

a) Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Lipsticks, Compacts, Mascaras, Eyeshadows, blushers, briefs, swimwear, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief.

b) Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.

c) In case any item not delivered to the customer or the item does not accept by the customer at the time of delivery customer will have to bear the two-way shipping charge.

d) Returns are only accepted when the customer received damaged or the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product.

Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@saturdayofferday.com) within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Provide us with your order number details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the label/invoice for our reference.
After receiving approval request from our side, you just have to pack the product and we will initiate return pickup at your cost.
Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, with their seals, labels, barcodes intact, and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

Only those orders/items that have not been shipped can be canceled online or through the Helpdesk reachable at +91 8200 53 8920. In case of Cancellation of Order/ Item, the money paid by the customer shall be refunded to the same.

Cancellation post shipment:

In case the Customer wishes to cancel an Order that has already been shipped but is yet to be delivered, the same may contact the Helpdesk at +91 8200 53 8920 and not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by the company, the same shall refund the money charge paid as per the Refund policy included below.

The customer has to pay two-way shipping charge in case of cancellation is done post-shipment.

Refund Policy

Amounts received via credit card/debit card or net banking shall be refunded as per procedure to the same account.

Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if the order the same was utilized upon is canceled.
